By SARA VANDEN BERGE Three hours after an Erath County Jail inmate escaped from the recreation yard at 10:58 a.m. Monday, the suspect was back behind bars and facing new charges. Treston Cane Nolte was recaptured around 2 p.m. near the head of the Bosque River Trail in Stephenville. “Several agencies found him near the river,” Chief Deputy Tye Box told Beneath the Surface News. Box said Nolte is an inmate from Coryell County who is being temporarily held in Erath County
