Cheers! Azteca Mexican Bar and Grill adds brunch to its weekend service, and it’s delish.

We started our Saturday feeling very fancy at Azteca.

The Husband and I got a special note hand-delivered to our home this week: An invitation to attend brunch at Azteca Mexican Bar and Grill in Stephenville on Saturday.

The Daughter is in town from Austin for the weekend, so she joined us too.

So, after attending an event at Stephenville Clark Regional Airport this morning, we made our way to Azteca.

We sat down, and of course, promptly ordered breakfast cocktails; a mimosa for me and two bloody marys.

Azteca's brunch menu is impressive with an array of breakfast tacos and burritos and dishes like chilaquiles, migas, huevos rancheros and traditional plates like ham and eggs and pancakes.

Azteca’s brunch service is available from 7-11 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

We will definitely be back.

The Daughter and I had huevos a la Mexicana with scrambled eggs, jalapenos, tomatoes and onions.

The Husband ordered the "Dragons" with steak, cheese, jalapenos, onions and tomatoes.
