Cowboy Chef and Fat Pastor partner for special dinner at Newton’s Saddlerack. Tickets on sale now.



Two of the most popular stars from MasterChef are partnering for a unique dining experience at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 22, at Newton’s Saddlerack.

The four-course dinner prepared by Cowboy Chef Mike Newton and Shawn Miles, also known as The Fat Pastor, will include confit branzino with wild mushrooms and rabbit broth, burrata with heirloom tomatoes, calabrian chili and carrot top pesto, scallion ash crusted beef tenderloin with painted colors of charred carrot, garlic yellow pepper and truffled broccoli rabe, pomme puree and cherry molasses, finished with Pacific Northwest coffee-soaked biscotti, moscato macerated peaches, mascarpone cream, slivered almonds and amarena cherries.

Tickets for this special dining experience can be purchased here for $100 each.

Limited seating is available and tickets cannot be purchased at the door.
