There will soon be a new delivery service in town – and it’s the perfect way to earn some extra cash.
And who doesn’t need that these days?
HEB is now taking applications to become a Favor Runner, a program that pays up to $18/hour delivering groceries to area homes.
And the best part? You can set your own hours.
“This is a same-day delivery service offered by HEB,” said Chelsea Thompson, with HEB’s public affairs. “The program is not yet live. We need a lot of runners before we can get started.”

The company will conduct a background check before hiring.
“It’s a quick, fun way to earn a little cash,” Thompson said.
