Erath County grand jury indicts 18; here’s the full list.

An Erath County grand jury indicted 18 people last week on a variety of charges.

 

The following is the full list of indictments released by District Attorney Alan Nash’s office.

 


Albert John Abatte for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.

 

Ronald Antonio Amaya-Chicas for engaging in organized criminal activity, a first degree felony, and fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, a second degree felony.

 

Jimmy Ray Babers for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a third degree felony.

 

Kathrine Latrice Daniel for abandoning or endangering a child, a state jail felony.

 


Charles Edward Fuller for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a third degree felony.

 

Richard Anthony Hood for possession of marijuana (enhanced), a state jail felony.

 

James Mark Jokel for harassment of a public servant, a third degree felony.

 

Tytlan Dale Kennedy for burglary of a building, a state jail felony.

 


Victor Alonzo Lopez-Chavez for engaging in organized criminal activity, a first degree felony.

 

Russell Alex Luna for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.

 

Devis Adonis Merino-Garcia for engaging in organized criminal activity, a first degree felony, and fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, a second degree felony.



 

Bobby Perales for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a third degree felony.

 

Ruben Reyes Jr. for two counts of possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (enhanced), a state jail felony.

 

Tyler Scott Sims for burglary of a habitation (enhanced), a second degree felony.

 

Cody Allen Smith for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a third degree felony.

 


Marlon Alexander Solano-Coreas for engaging in organized criminal activity, a first degree felony, and fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, a second degree felony.

 

Andre Christian Harrison Walker for driving while intoxicated with child passenger, a state jail felony.
