Following a keto plan? Then you will love this cauliflower pizza bake.

I’m continuing my series on healthy recipes that follow popular diet plans, and if keto is your thing, this recipe for cauliflower pizza bake will be too.


It’s absolutely delish!

WHAT YOU NEED:


One large head of cauliflower


1 ½ cups marinara sauce


2 tbsp olive oil


2 ounces pepperoni   



2 cups mozzarella cheese


2 teaspoons Italian seasoning


Assorted veggies, optional


HOW TO MAKE IT


Chop cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.



After cauliflower is roasted, top with marinara and additional veggies if you desire, mozzarella and pepperoni.


Return to the oven and bake until bubbling and cheese is melted.
