This tasty recipe for Korean beef bowls is easy to make and something your family will enjoy.
With lots of interesting flavors, it’s become a fan favorite at our house.

WHAT YOU NEED
1 pound ground beef
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
2 green onions
Salt/pepper to taste
2 cups brown or jasmine rice
Optional toppings: sesame seeds, sliced cucumber, kimchi, pickled onions or a fried egg.
HOW TO MAKE IT
Prepare rice as directed.
Brown beef and drain off excess fat; add seasonings and allow to simmer for three to five minutes
Assemble bowls and top with kimchi, pickled onions.
Serve with roasted veggies like broccoli or sweet potatoes.
