Admit it, you’re craving pizza.
I’ve shared this recipe with you before because it’s a summer favorite.
This fun, delicious pizza has just a few simple ingredients (so easy prep!) and everyone wants that when it’s hot outside.
Click here to watch how I make it.
WHAT’S IN IT
½ lb. ground chicken
1 egg
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Cooking spray
½ cup no sugar added tomato sauce (such as Rao’s)
½ reduced-fat shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
HOW TO MAKE IT
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine the first four ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Form chicken mixture into a thin circular crust onto a parchment-lined, lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Top with sauce, cheese and tomato slices and bake until cheese is melted, about 7-10 minutes
Top with fresh basil before serving.
Makes two servings.
