It’s crockpot season and this easy recipe for chicken bowls (or burritos) includes cream cheese for extra creaminess.
Crockpot season is upon us and this recipe for chicken burritos is an absolute favorite!
It’s a variation on a recipe I have made for years, but better and creamier.
The Husband enjoyed his in a low carb tortilla, but I made a bowl with lettuce and refried beans.
I cooked it on low in the crockpot for 6 hours and when I returned home that evening, my home smelled delish!

Can of Rotel
Can of corn, drained
Can of black beans, drained
