Make this delicious Greek-inspired dish with ALDI’s Never Any sausage. (Each link has 140 calories, 13 grams of protein.)

I’m becoming a big fan of ALDI, especially the supermarket’s Never Any chicken sausage, which I discovered, of course, on TikTok.

There are “never any” antibiotics, added hormones or artificial ingredients in the sausage and it makes for a really delicious meal.

Each link is only 140 calories and 13 grams of protein, so there’s that.

This recipe, also found on TikTok, is a quick, easy meal that packs a great balance of health and deliciousness.

WHAT YOU NEED

Two green bell peppers, sliced into strips

Red onion (about ½), thinly sliced

1 package of Never Any sausage (spinach and feta is my fave), cut into bite-size pieces

Olive oil

Cucumber, sliced

Cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Garlic powder, oregano

Tzatziki

HOW TO MAKE IT

Heat olive oil in skillet and sauté bell peppers until soft, then add sausage.

When the peppers and sausage are warmed thoroughly, remove from heat and add cucumbers and tomatoes, season with garlic powder and oregano and mix well.

Serve in a bowl with a spoonful of tzatziki.

I also think this dish would be fantastic in a pita.

Let me know if you try it!
