Meet Zeus: This sweet German Shepherd mix loves to play fetch and cuddle on the couch.
One of this week’s featured pets up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society is Zeus, a two to three-year-old male German Shepherd mix.
“This handsome guy is super sweet and very friendly,” ECHS executive director Serena Wright told Beneath the Surface News.
“He is good with kids and strangers and loves to play fetch and cuddle on the couch.”
Zeus’ foster family said he does well when left alone in the house, but does bark in his kennel.
He is potty trained, walks well on a leash and loves to ride in cars.
(But he does not like cats.)
Zeus is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention.
He does have flea allergies so will need to be on flea and tick prevention.
He has been at the shelter since September 2024.
Butch is a five to six-year-old male domestic medium hair.
“This handsome fella is super sweet, loves attention and is very talkative,” Serena said.
Butch is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and litter box trained.
