This easy-to-make recipe for jalapeno cheese crisps are just what you need.

INGREDIENTS


6 tbsp. finely shredded reduced-fat parmesan


¾ c. shredded part-skim cheddar


½ c. jalapeño, sliced thinly


Four slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

HOW TO MAKE IT


Preheat oven to 375 degrees; line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.


Spoon about a tablespoon of Parmesan into a small mound on parchment paper and top with about half tablespoon of cheddar.

Carefully pat cheese down flat and top with jalapeño slice, then sprinkle on some bacon.


Bake until crispy and golden, about 12 minutes.


Makes one serving.
