It will also fit nicely on your Thanksgiving Day table.

WHAT YOU NEED
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 apple thinly sliced
4 oz brie Cheese cut into small pieces
2 tbsp honey
Fresh thyme for garnish
HOW TO MAKE IT
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll out pastry and cut into squares. Place pastry into muffin tin or on parchment paper.
Place brie and apple slice and drizzle with honey and garnish with thyme.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
Serve warm and enjoy!
