New storage facility offers drive-up access and security features to keep your belongings safe.

Cory and Jessica Pipal have lived in Erath County for many years; Cory grew up in the area and Jessica graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in marketing in 2008.

Their company - Pipal Construction – has been in the business of building homes and metal buildings in Erath County and beyond for the past 17 years.

Today the couple has not only expanded their family with two young children, they’ve recently embarked on a new business venture – Lone Oak Storage.

The facility is located about three miles from Stephenville on Hwy. 377 and County Road 516 across from the Country Flower Plant Farm.

Lone Oak Storage offers drive-up access to its 56 10x15-foot units and full dividing walls to secure personal belongings.

Each unit comes with a large 8x8-foot rollup door for easy access and 10-foot interior height for extra storage capacity.

“These are quality storage units that were built by our company,” Cory told Beneath the Surface News. “And we have 17 larger units still under construction.”

He said many of their clients are people who are moving or building a new home and need a place to store their furniture.

And there are plenty of others, he said, who just need a little extra space for their belongings.

Lone Oak Storage caters to customers who need both long or short-term storage space.

Units are now available and can be rented online by clicking here. There is even a convenient online system for easy bill pay.

The Pipals say that safety is Lone Oak Storage’s No. 1 priority and in the coming weeks will install personal gate code access, a security fence and security cameras.
