OPINION: Dr. Rita Cook’s credentials make her an outstanding candidate for Stephenville ISD board of trustees.

I am writing this letter in support of Dr. Rita Cook for Stephenville School Board member.

Dr. Cook is a graduate of Stephenville High School, earned both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Tarleton State University, and earned a Doctorate in Educational Administration from Kansas State University.

Dr. Cook’s credentials make her an outstanding candidate for a position on the school board. She would provide positive vision for the future of all Stephenville students.

She has experience not only in budgeting, but also as the CEO of a regional education agency and as a school superintendent.

Dr. Cook is involved in the Stephenville community and has served on numerous organizations and boards for the City of Stephenville.

In closing, I fully endorse Dr. Rita Cook for the Stephenville School Board.
