Ranger College is hosting a College Career Day and Job Fair, where students can explore career opportunities, network with industry professionals and gain valuable insights into various career paths.
The event will take place from 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, on the Stephenville campus.
Local businesses are invited to reserve booth space to showcase their company, share career opportunities and connect with potential candidates.
“This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with bright, ambitious students eager to enter the workforce and share their expertise, career insights and industry trends and job position availability with students and members of the community,” Ranger marketing coordinator Jena Galindo told Beneath the Surface News.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
9:30 - 10:45: Businesses to tour campus and visit CTE departments and students at work.
10:45 - 11:15: Business feedback and schedule future meetings.
11:15 - 12:15: Job fair, CTE booth and high school senior visits and tours.
12:15 – 1: Lunch will be provided to all business participants with a booth while senior question and answer session is held in the lecture hall.
(Area high school seniors will be on campus from 11:15 – 1.)
