Reset your diet with tropical chicken medley your family will love.

It’s a busy Christmas season, and I don’t know about you, but I could use a healthy meal to reset my diet.
This is not only good for you, it’s tasty and economical.

WHAT YOU NEED
7 ounces boneless, skinless chicken strips
1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. Newman's Own Lighten Up Light Lime Vinaigrette
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
Non-stick cooking spray
HOW TO MAKE IT
Coat chicken strips with vinaigrette and sprinkle with seasonings; marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray and saute peppers and broccoli until al dente.
While cooking peppers, add a little water so they don’t burn; set aside.
Add chicken to the pan and cook until no longer pink. When chicken is done, combine with peppers and broccoli and mix well.
