Willow’s Scarlet Ribbon has a lovely array of unique items and gift ideas.

Updated: Jan 18, 2022

For those hard-to-shop-for people in your life, Willow’s Scarlet Ribbon located right off the Erath County courthouse square (around the corner from Scott’s Flowers) is just what you need this holiday season.

I stopped by the quaint boutique last week and met with owner Laurie Gaiser to talk about her holiday inventory.

The beautifully decorated store smells and feels like all things Christmas with an amazing selection of Aromatique Candles.

“A few of our newest scents include espresso, gingerbread brulee and cinnamon cider,” she said. “We also carry lighter scents for the bedroom.”

A new shipment of Consuela handbags (including travels) also arrived in-store last week.

And shopping at Willow’s has never been easier since launching its website a few weeks ago.

“It’s shop-and-buy so everything can be purchased online,” Laurie said.

Willow’s also carries a beautiful collection of Native American and turquoise jewelry by Texas designers like J. Forks and Paige Wallace and a variety of home décor.

One of my favorite product lines includes Piper & Leaf Tea Company.

“We have a chocolate tea that is amazing and the lemon berry blush is also very popular,” she said. “We also have a piper mint that turns blue when you steep it.”

And if you’re looking for a tea that will relax you after a long day, try the Golden Hour Tonic.

Willow’s Scarlet Ribbon opened in 2015 and is named after her beloved dog Willow, who is now in doggy heaven.

Her love of animals is reflected in a section of home décor that includes signs, picture frames and special treats for your furry friends.

With the holidays approaching, you should add Willow’s Scarlet Ribbon to your list of local places to find that perfect gift.

New items are arriving daily.

Willow’s is open from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m.–3 p.m. on Saturday.
