Stephenville’s No. 1 sports bar is hosting the best Super Bowl watch party in town.
Bull Nettle, Stephenville’s No. 1 sports bar, is gearing up for the biggest night in football with a Super Bowl watch party on Sunday.
The big game kicks off at 5:30 p.m. when the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans.
You can watch the game on Bull Nettle’s 12 TVs and large video screen with surround sound.
Owner Court Cole told Beneath the Surface News that the watch party is an annual event.
“We do this every year as a thank you to our customers,” he said. “We always have a good crowd, so it’s a lot of fun.”
Bull Nettle will provide free brisket and sausage for the crowd; guests are asked to bring a side dish.
“One of my favorite things is when the national anthem comes on; everyone stands up and takes off their hats,” Court said. “It’s really cool.”
APPETIZER CONTEST
If you think you make the best appetizer in town, bring it.
Think salsa, guacamole and creamy twists on Ranch. If you can dip a cracker in it, you can enter Sunday’s appetizer contest.
How fun is that?!
Check-in is at 5 p.m. and the winner will be announced at half time.
The bar opens at 2 p.m. on Sunday for those who want to do a little pre-gaming.
“Come on out to watch the game with us,” Court said.
“It’s the best Super Bowl watch party in town.”
