The holidays are just around the corner; book a festive celebration at Hearsay Wine Bar.
It’s never too early to start dreaming about Christmas nor is it too early to book those holiday celebrations.
In fact, Lisa Pendleton, owner of Hearsay Wine Bar in downtown Stephenville, said she is already busy taking reservations for the holiday season.
“A couple of local businesses have already booked Christmas parties, so no, it’s certainly not too early if you have a date in mind,” she said. “I even have a couple of Tarleton graduation celebrations on the schedule.”
The popular wine bar located on College Street right off the Erath County courthouse square remains closed due to COVID restrictions, but the swanky lounge is available for private events.
With an array of comfortable seating, low lighting and fireplaces throughout, Hearsay provides the perfect ambience for a festive celebration. There is even a spacious outdoor patio with heaters.
Hearsay also works with local chefs and restaurants to cater special events – from light snacks or heavy hor d’oeuvres to sit down meals.
And then, of course, there is the wine.
With over 45 labels to choose from, guests won’t have any problem finding just the right one.
“We can also accommodate special requests as long as I have plenty of time to place the order,” she said.

Hearsay Wine Bar also offers transportation through Pendleton Shuttle Services for an additional fee.
“We have a new 14-person van and our driver can pick up your guests and take them home safely at the end of the night,” Lisa said.
