Tarleton State University’s Department of Performing Arts will present its annual spring masterworks concert at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 5, in the auditorium of the Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center in Stephenville.

The event features Tarleton’s university singers and the Cross Timbers Civic Chorale under the direction of Dr. Troy Robertson.

Also featured is the masterworks orchestra in a performance of Johann Michael Haydn's “Requiem in C minor,” one of the works that inspired Mozart's great, unfinished Requiem Mass.

Other works to be performed include Josef Rheinberger's stunning "Abendlied," Mozart's "Misericordias Domini" and Susan LaBarr's "We Remember Them."

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased here.
